🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  1. Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order placement.
  2. Delivery Time: Expected delivery is within 4–5 working days, depending on your location.

📦 Shipping Charges

  1. Free Shipping on orders of ₹1000 or above.
  2. A flat ₹60 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1000.

🏷️ Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier services like DTDC and Blue Dart.
If these couriers do not service your area, you can email us the names of available couriers at your location, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

In case no private courier is available for your pin code, we will dispatch your order via India Post.

⏳ Shipping Timelines & Delays

Shipping timelines may vary based on your location. We recommend placing your order in advance during festivals or special occasions to avoid delivery delays.
Once the order is dispatched, delivery is beyond our control as it lies with the courier service.

💸 COD (Cash on Delivery) 

For COD orders above ₹599, a ₹60 advance confirmation fee is required. This amount will be adjusted in your final payable amount.
If such an order is cancelled in transit, the ₹60 advance will be non-refundable to cover shipping costs.

📹 Package Safety & Proof

Please ensure the package is not tampered with upon delivery.
We request you to record a 360° unboxing video (showing all sides of the parcel clearly) to help us resolve any issues related to missing or damaged items.
