Returns & Exchange Policy
Order Cancellations
At Eliorabling, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, in the rare event that your order is cancelled from our end due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Exchange Policy
Our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans using a mix of traditional and modern techniques. Due to this, slight variations in design, color tone, or size may occur compared to the product images shown on our website.
We strive to represent each piece as accurately as possible through detailed photos and descriptions. However, some natural differences may arise due to:
- Lighting conditions
- Screen resolutions
- Hand-finishing techniques
- Use of natural elements like semi-precious stones, pearls, and beads which may have natural irregularities
These will not be treated as defects, and we do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences or minor visual variations.
If you're unsure about a product, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to share more images, videos, or information.
When Exchange is Applicable
We offer exchanges only in the following scenarios:
- Product is damaged in transit (with valid unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery)
- Wrong item shipped
- Package lost in transit by our delivery partner
Note: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
All customized or made-to-order jewellery requires a 50% advance at the time of confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.
⚠️ Cash on Delivery is not available for custom pieces.
➡️ No returns, exchanges, or replacements are allowed for custom or made-to-order items.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or special discounts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns only if the product is damaged in transit and we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
To claim a return:
- Send us an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- WhatsApp us or Email on Eliorabling@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
Refunds (if applicable)
If approved, we will offer either a replacement of the same product or a refund (in case replacement is not possible).
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days of return approval.
❌ Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- You provided an incorrect or outdated delivery address
- Delivery failed after 3 attempts or was refused by the recipient
- The product was returned in used or damaged condition
- The jewellery is not faulty, but returned due to change of mind
- You fail to notify us about a damage within 24 hours of delivery
Shipping (for returns)
As a small business, we currently do not offer reverse pickup.
If your return has been approved, please contact us before shipping it back. We will share the return address and necessary instructions.
